Turnaround situation. Our client needed an interim executive to lead its telecom and software product management groups. It also wanted to rebuild the organizations, increase productivity and generate more effective results.

Solution

Strategic Marketing Solutions' Principal, Deborah Siegle was asked to step in. She put in place processes, raised performance standards, and adjusted staffing. Deborah also recruited and hired 4 product managers in the telecom and software product development groups.
